Additional work may be required if hidden hazards, decay, underground utilities, weather conditions, inaccessible areas, or other unforeseen circumstances are discovered after work begins.

Customers will be informed whenever possible before additional work is performed.

3. Scheduling

Scheduled service dates are estimates and may change due to:

• Weather

• Equipment breakdown

• Emergencies

• Employee availability

• Material delays

• Other unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of scheduling changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property.

• Clearly identify known underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, and private utility lines.

• Secure pets before our arrival.

• Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area.

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from unknown underground hazards or improperly marked utilities.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due upon completion of services.

• Certain projects may require a deposit before work begins.

• Late payments may incur additional collection costs where permitted by law.

6. Property Damage

While we exercise reasonable care, outdoor work carries inherent risks.

Customers acknowledge that tree work, land clearing, stump grinding, excavation, and heavy equipment operation may disturb surrounding landscaping, turf, or ground conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, This Little Light Land & Timber LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
